As a Life Coach, I have numerous clients who come to me with clutter in their minds as to HOW to handle stress in a particular situation or in general.
The very steps that can be taken with clarity helps multifold in easing their stress and minimising clutter in their minds:
FEEL
Allow yourself to actually feel the stress, grief or anxiety for whatever you are going through. This is necessary to create some sort of emptiness and liberate yourself.

REVEAL
With the feelings you are going through, express them. Bottling up will not help. Share your feelings, cry, and just reveal yourself to yourself.
DEAL
Now you are in a space where you can deal with your situation more calmly and with inner strength. Reflect, reframe and reset yourself to find the solution within yourself.
HEAL
Here comes the breathing exercises, meditation, gratitude and other tools that support your healing process.

SEAL
There. You are now in a much better space, physiologically, mentally and emotionally.
Seal your problem with go ahead action plans to support you to steer ahead in life, and move on.
So whatever be what is causing you stress or anxiety, separation from a loved one, death in the family, loss of a job, anger in a relationship etc., use this reframing step process to re-wire and…move on.
