Wonderful! I feel so confident now, and my conversation skills have improved a lot. The trainer is excellent, and we had a lot of fun during the sessions. I would recommend this to everyone, young or older, who are not that confident with the language. We can do Basic or Advanced. Also, we learnt how to communicate in the right way with people for good harmony. Techniques are very good.

Over so many years, even before she began to share her experiences to help others, Veena has always nudged me along my journey with helpful comments, observations with a very caring and concerned viewpoint. I came across Veena ma'am during the time of lockdown. I attended her workshop on self love and took sessions from her to grow in life. Veena ma'am shared a practice in her workshop which was "Hug yourself", it was so new for me. I started practicing it. It felt good. I did not practice it regularly then, however that practice has stayed with me till date. I sometimes wonder if I was not introduced to that practice, then how would I have sailed through challenging times. That one practice has deepened my relationship with myself.
